I am warm, friendly and insightful;  open to talking about anything that is troubling you.

My training is integrative, covering a wide array of approaches – humanistic, body, attachment theory and psychodynamic. This enables me to work in a broad and dynamic way, putting clients' needs at the centre of my  thinking. I pay attention to unconscious processes, my own intuition and to what I feel is being held in a client’s body – all of which is often a rich source of information.
